Waterloo Optimist Club members participated in the 2017 Waterloo Homecoming event which was themed "Good Old Days" and harkened back to simpler times in Monroe County.     Members marched in the parade with a vintage tractor pulling a float, and later manned the wheel in the gallery of games.
